Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradeDonor software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TradeDonor provides automated Expert Advisor (EA) software for MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8, together with a cloud dashboard for monitoring EA performance. The service is provided on a subscription basis following a 30-day free trial.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeDonor.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Do not share your license keys.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all EAs.
• After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription pricing is displayed on the upgrade page at time of purchase.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

5. License Terms

• Your license is personal and non-transferable.
• EA software may be activated on a limited number of machines as defined by your license policy.
• You may not resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute TradeDonor software.
• License keys that expire or are deactivated will prevent EA operation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass license verification or tamper with EA code.
• Use TradeDonor in a manner that violates your broker's terms of service.
• Abuse the platform through automated attacks, scraping, or API flooding.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

7. No Financial Advice

TradeDonor is a software tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance of EA strategies does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeDonor and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Trading losses incurred while using TradeDonor EAs.
• Platform downtime, data errors, or service interruptions.
• Broker-side issues, slippage, or execution failures.

Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in that month.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain on an expired trial without upgrading. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
